Rules & Conditions

The design and subsequent works must have been completed within the last three years.
The property must be located within the county district of West Berkshire.
The property must have obtained all relevant planning consents and building certificates and must not be subject to any enforcement actions or unresolved disputes.
The entry must have the permission of the property owners.
Should the entry be shortlisted, access to all parts of the entered design will be required by the judging panel or in the case of housing or apartment development at least 2 units must be available for viewing internally and externally.
All considerations and deliberations by the judging panel will remain private, and the panel's decision will be final with no course of appeal.
Award winners or their representatives will be required to attend an awards ceremony.
